What to do with your FitFeet Insoles:

Step 1 Place our foot strengthening and arch activation insoles inside your shoes.

FitFeet Insoles are 3/4 length "non-orthotics" so leave the existing insoles inside the shoe

Place your FitFeet on top of the existing insole inside the shoe.

Step 2: Gradually work yourself up to wearing them all day every day.
