HOW DOES OUR PROGRAM WORK TO ACTIVATE YOUR FEET?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Our insoles stimulate the nerves along the mid-line of the foot with every step you take. 

    • This allow natural walking action to strengthen foot muscles. 

    • Take some time to recover during your first week of wearing your insoles.

    • Initially only wear them for 1-2 hours during your regular exercise sessions

    • After the first week, you can wear them all day, every day!

  • Improve Your ​Balance and Lower Leg Circulation

    • If you work on your feet, your legs may feel more energize and less sore at the end of each day

  • Bringing your body back into natural, healthy alignment from head to toe

  • Cause breakthroughs in foot health, knee, hip and back issues, posture,

What to do with your FitFeet Insoles:

  • Step 1 Place our foot strengthening and arch activation insoles inside your shoes.

    • FitFeet Insoles are 3/4 length "non-orthotics" so leave the existing insoles inside the shoe​

    • ​Place your FitFeet on top of the existing insole inside the shoe.​

  • Step 2: Gradually work yourself up to wearing them all day every day. 

  • Step 3: While wearing your in shoe exercise insoles perform any prescribed exercises or stretches to release any restrictions in your body which have caused knee pain, hip pain, back pain and more!

  • Replace your Insoles every 4-6 months to keep the muscles of your feet stimulated

    • Just like your workout program for your body, take time to recover and keep updating your program. ​

Our Full Length Insoles are for any shoe with a "removable" insoles.
Simply take out the existing insole which came with your shoes and replace it with our in shoe exercise kit for your feet.
